Claudia is the Lead Therapist and Owner of Wolf Therapeutic Community. She is a highly experienced training and group facilitator, yoga teacher, and a qualified Advanced Clinical Resource Therapist and Trainer.
These workshops are delivered in an informal, organic and collaborative setting. Claudia’s goal is to create a space where you can explore, learn, and grow through mindfulness, yoga, therapeutic concepts, and shared experiences. These sessions offer a welcoming environment to deepen self-awareness, embrace personal growth, and cultivate resilience.

Drawing from her observations in the therapy room, on the yoga mat, and her own lived experience journey, these workshops to offer accessible and identity affirming insights that empower individuals to reconnect with themselves in a safe, supportive space. ​

Setting boundaries is essential for maintaining our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. In this workshop, we’ll explore the importance of healthy boundaries and how to implement them in our daily lives through yoga, visualisation practices, and practical exercises. You will learn tools to communicate your needs effectively, protect your energy, and cultivate a life of self-care without guilt or shame. Join us to enhance and wake up the capable and more assertive parts of you, and identify some of the conditioning beliefs you have developed in life around boundary setting. Book me in!

This reflective workshop will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, where you’ll explore and connect with the various parts of yourself that shape your strengths and identity.
Using techniques that gently guide and explore the landscape of your ‘inner you’, we will get in touch with your deepest desires for your life. Enhance the parts of you that contain strength and resilience, anchor them in with the power of yoga, and learn how to use visualization practices to harness their energy and apply them to all aspects of your life. Cycles and Seasons: Embrace Life's Rhythms

This workshop invites you to reconnect with the natural rhythms and cycles that govern your life. By tuning into the energy of both inward and natural seasons, moon cycles, and/or menstrual cycles, you will learn how to embrace life's ebbs and flows. Through yoga, meditation, and seasonal wisdom, we’ll explore how to live in harmony with these cycles, honouring both the highs and lows, and cultivate resilience and balance in the process.
Claudia is gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity affirming. This workshop is not limited to people who experience a menstrual cycle, but it may be more comfortable for people that feel positively connected to having a uterus.
